ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday held a meeting with his economic team, and discussed in detail the prevailing financial situation in the Country.
The meeting was attended by the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Asad Umar, the Minister for Industries Hammad Azhar, the Prime Minister’s Advisor on Finance Dr. Hafeez Shaikh, the Prime Minister’s Advisor on Commerce Abdul Razak Dawood and other senior officials.

Separately, the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on National Health Services Dr. Zafar Mirza visited the Coronavirus Helpline ‘1166’ Centre in Islamabad today, and interacted with the representatives of helpline and reposed satisfaction over their performance.
In his remarks, he said that the government is ensuring effective measures on daily basis to cope with the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Special Assistant urged masses to strictly follow precautionary measures being issued by the federation and provinces with regard to the Coronavirus.
Dr. Zafar Mirza said that the spread of Coronavirus can effectively be stopped through adopting the precautionary measures. He said that coherent and effective awareness is being provided to the general public through the helpline.
