ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa held a meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad on Wednesday.
In the meeting, professional matters pertaining to the Pakistan army were discussed.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Imran Khan presided over a high-level meeting regarding his upcoming visit to China.
The meeting was attended by the Federal Ministers including Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Hammad Azhar, Shaukat Tarin, Fawad Chaudhry, and Asad Umar.
The Prime Minister’s Adviser for Commerce and Investment Abdul Razak Dawood, National Security Adviser Dr. Moeed Yusuf, the Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa, the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on CPEC Affairs Khalid Mansoor, and Senior Officials were also present in the meeting.
In the meeting, the prime minister was briefed on the ongoing talks with the Chinese Officials on concrete plans to enhance the bilateral cooperation in the fields of investment, trade, information technology, and exports.
