ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Minister for Interior Ahsan Iqbal on Monday stressed the need to forge unity among their ranks to wipe out terrorism from the Country.
“We must be focused till we wipe out terrorism. We must forge unity among our ranks,” the minister said while addressing a Ceremony held in connection with Cyber Security at Air University in Islamabad.
The interior minister said they had not been able to achieve national goals for the last 70 years. He said Pakistan came into being only to write success stories.
Ahsan Iqbal said it was their responsibility to provide the environment of harmony to every citizen. He said every nation of the World faced certain challenges.
The minister said when they came into power, terrorism was at its peak in the Country. He said they curbed the menace of terrorism through devotion and bravery.
“The war will continue till the end of terrorism,” Ahsan Iqbal added.
