BALI, Indonesia: The Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari met the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bisera Turković in Bali on Thursday.

The two foreign ministers discussed mutual collaboration through high-level exchanges and bilateral trade.

They agreed on amplifying bilateral cooperation in areas that will translate into tangible outcomes.

Earlier, Bilawal Bhutto met with his Indonesian Counterpart Retno Marsudi in Bali.

The two foreign minister reviewed Pakistan-Indonesia bilateral relations, discussed regional and international situation, and agreed to stay engaged.

They also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the establishment of Joint Ministerial Commission, which will drive bilateral engagement and cooperation.

The Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is in Indonesia to participate in the 15th Bali Democracy Forum and International Conference on Afghan Women’s Education.

In his address at the 15th Bali Democracy Forum, Bilawal stressed the need for democracies to re-invent themselves to be more responsive to the needs of their people and to cooperate with each other to find people-centric solutions.

In the International Conference on Afghan Women’s Education, the foreign minister will highlight Pakistan’s efforts for lasting peace and development in Afghanistan including the importance of equal access to education for all segments of society.

Following his visit to Indonesia, Bilawal Bhutto will also visit Singapore. His visits to Indonesia and Singapore are a reflection of the high priority that Pakistan accords to its relations with Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Countries.
