WASHINGTON: The United States has earmarked $one billion assistance for Pakistan in the new financial year. The assistance for Pakistan includes economic and security support in the new budget year starting from October 1‚ 2014.
The State Department said that allocation for Pakistan focuses on developing bilateral relationship with Pakistan’s new civilian government and creating for stability and growth in that country.
