Punjab Chief Minister says the budget truly reflects aspirations of the people of province.

The Punjab Assembly on Wednesday gave approval for the provincial budget of over 871 billion rupees for the next financial year.

The House chaired by Speaker Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan also approved a total of 43 demands for grants.

Speaking on the occasion‚ Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said that this budget truly reflects the aspirations of the people of province.

 

Turning to the crisis of energy‚ particularly of electricity shortage‚ he said that the PML(N) government has accepted this challenge being faced by the million people of the country.
