ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that the people’s trust in our policies is our strength which enables us to perform and deliver.

In a meeting with the National Party (NP) President and Federal Minister for Ports and Shipping Mir Hasil Khan Bazinjo who called on him at the PM House in Islamabad on Friday, the prime minister said that his government firmly believes in the politics of national development and progress.

The prime minister said that the people of Pakistan have witnessed a positive change in all sectors of national economy, and in the overall security situation of the country.

“We are focused and determined to implement our developmental programme across the country,” the prime minister said.

The two leaders discussed various issues pertaining to the province of Balochistan during the meeting. They also discussed overall matters of national significance.

The NP President apprised the prime minister regarding various matters related to the Ministry of Ports and Shipping.

“Being a political party and representative of the people of our province, we are totally supportive of the democratically elected Federal Government,” Bazinjo said.
