BHAKKAR: An officer, who attested degrees of former MPAs Nawani Brothers as originals, has gone missing; a local court was told in Bhakkar today.

A local case resumed hearing of Nawani Brothers’,Rasheed Akbar Nawani and Saeed Akbar Nawani, case of fake degrees in Bhakkar this day.

The court demanded report of missing government officer, Dr. Fayyaz, from the SHO City while giving time to the missing officer for appearance before the court till April 11.

Rasheed Akbar Nawani appeared personally while his brother Saeed AkbarNawani presented application for excuse before the court.

The court had summoned that government officer Dr. Fayyaz, who attested Nawani Brothers’ degrees, while warning that he will be declared absconder and his property will be confiscated, if not appeared before the court.

Dr. Fayyaz’s son appeared before the court this day and presented FIR, stating that he is missing.

The court called SHO City and demanded his reply on the report and granted time to Dr. Fayyaz till April 11, for appearing.
