Eid-Ul-Azha is around the corner and it’s an occasion where every business in Muslim-dominated Pakistan and India is profit-making especially in the entertainment department. Every year on the Eid a clash on box office is witnessed among the movies in both the neighboring Countries.

Talking about Pakistani movies, they are not released frequently throughout the year; however, majority of Pakistani movies are released on Eids – Eid-Ul-Fitr and Eid-Ul-Azha.

Here is the list of the Pakistan and Indian movies which are going to be released on upcoming Eid-Ul-Azha;

Lollywood Movies:

“Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2”

The boys are back with “Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2”, bringing back all the entertainment, action, comedy on the cinema screen.

“Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2” is the sequel to “Jawani Phir Nahi Ani”, which was released on September 25, 2015. The film star includes Humayun Saeed, Fahad Mustafa, Vasay Chaudhry, Ahmed Ali Butt, Kubra Khan, Uzma Khan, Sarwat Gillani and Mawra Hocane.

The film will be released on August 22, 2018.

“Parwaaz Hai Junoon”

“Parwaaz Hai Junoon” is a tribute to Pakistan Air force. The film starring Hania Amir, Alamdar Khan  Hamza Ali Abbasi  Ahad Raza Mir, Kubra Khan, Marina Khan, Shamoon Abbasi,  Adnan Jaffar, Shaz Khan, Shafaat Ali, and Mustafa Changazi will hit the big screans across the Country August 22, 2018.

“Load Wedding”

Fahad Mustafa and Mehwish Hayat-starrer romantic -social comedy film “Load Wedding” will be released on August 22, 2018.

Bollywood Movies:

“Satyameva Jayate”

Satyameva Jayate is the upcoming Indian film starring John Abraham, Manoj Bajpayee, Amruta Khanvilkar and Aisha Sharma. The film will hit the screen on August 15,2018 .

“Gold”

“Gold” is another upcoming Indian film to be released ahead of Eid-Ul-Azha – August 15, 2018. This historical sports drama based film is featuring Akshay Kumar, Mouni Roy and Kunal Kapoor.

“Happy Phir Se Bhaag Jayegi”

“Happy Phir Se Bhaag Jayegi” is the upcoming Indian film which is a sequel to “Happy Phir Se Bhaag”. The film cast includes Diana Penty, Sonakshi Sinha and jimmy Sheirgill. The film will hit the screens on August 24, 2018

“Genius”

“Genius” is another upcoming Indian action thriller film directed by Anil Sharma and Utkarsh Sharma. The film starring Ishitha Chauhan, Mithun Chakraborty, Ayesha Jhulka and Nawazuddin Siddiqu will hit the screens on August 24, 2018.

“Stree”

“Stree” is an Indian horror comedy film starring Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoorand Pankaj Tripathi in the lead roles. The film will be released on August 31, 2018.

“Andhadhun”

Directed by Sriram Raghavan, and starring Tabu, Ayushmann Khurrana and Radhika Apte, “Andhadhun” will be released on August 21, 2018.
