ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: China Performing Arts Group (CPAG) will perform at Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) on Saturday (November 26).    

A selected group of Chinese performing artists would entertain the residents of federal capital in the PNCA auditorium, an official of China Culture Centre told the state-run news agency on Friday.

The Chinese cultural troupe comprised of musicians and performers. The performance would include Chinese songs, dance and artistic shows.

Senior officials of Chinese embassy and Director General PNCA Jamal Shah who is versatile artist and teacher would also attend the event.

Dance in China is a highly varied art form, consisting of many modern and traditional dance genres. The dances cover a wide range, from folk dances to performances in opera and ballet.

The best known Chinese dances today are the Dragon dance and the Lion Dance.
