The much awaited trailer of Bollywood upcoming movie “Laila Majnu” has been released on Tuesday (August 7, 2018), triggering a mixed reaction from the audience about the film.

“Laila Majnu” is a romantic movie based on classic love story. The film is directed by Sajid Ali, and produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shoba Kapoor.

“Laila Majnu” is written by Imtiaz Ali, a well-known Indian director and producer. Previously Imtiaz has given Bollywood hits like “jab we meet” “Highway” and “Rock star”.

The film stars Avinash Tiwari (as Kais) and Tripti Dimri (as Laila) in the lead roles. Avinash, who is known for his role in “Tu Mera Sunday”, now will be seen on big screen on September 7, 2018. Tripti Dimri was last seen in 2017 film “Poster Boys” in a supporting role.

The story revolves around Kais and Laila, and their tragic love story as shown in the trailer. The acting skill of Avinash Tiwari cannot be doubted as he seems to be playing an intense role prolifically in the move. In one interview, Imtiaz Ali said “Laila Majnu is less logical, and more about passion and madness”.

Talking about the film trailer, it shows a powerful content, and after the trailer went viral it got a very positive response by the audience as, it has crossed over 8.4 million views on YouTube.

The beautiful love story took place in Kashmir, which means the audience is going to witness some beautiful scenes.

The soundtrack is composed by Nailadri Kumar and Joi Barua. The song “Hafiz Hafiz” by Mohit Chauhan is giving goose bumps. Apart from Mohit Chauhan, Pakistani singer Atif Aslam has also given his voice in the movie.
