Donkey King Review

Donkey King review

Donkey King is the first Pakistani animated comedy movie. The story circulates around a poor donkey, Mangu, who becomes a king. The story is set up in a place, named Azadnagar. The ruler’s name is Badshah Khan. The ruler is a big cat. Another important character is Miss Fitna, a fox who is the king’s advisor. She advises introducing a democratic system of elections in Azad Nagar. Azadnagar’s residents are different kinds of animals. The differentiation in animals mocks the social hierarchy of society.

To provide Donkey King review, the movie seems to be a fun movie for kids. Because, it includes jokes, rap battles, comic actions, and the absurd portrayal of Mangu (Donkey Raja). But, it conveys a deeper meaning of injustice and unfair methods of elections. There is a hidden satire on the political system of the society.

Also, the movie shows a mockery of the acts of the press that does not portray the reality of society. By using an animated way of picturization, the producers have brought reality to the realization of people.

Finally, the overall picturization is smooth and clear, the voice quality is outstanding and amusing. The audience finds themselves bursting out with laughter.
