Details of complaints received through Pakistan Citizen Portal

The following are the details of complaints received through the Pakistan Citizen Portal regarding the matters concerning the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, and Ministry of Railways;

Detail of complaints received by the Ministry of Interior, its attached Departments and Subordinate Offices since the inception of the Pakistan Citizen Portal in October 2018:-

  • A total of 101,803 complaints have been received by the Ministry of Interior and its attached departments through the Pakistan Citizens Portal since its inception.
  • Out of these 92,836 complaints have been resolved while the remaining 8,967 are in process of resolution.

Detail of complaints received by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and its 18 attached Departments and Subordinate Offices since the inception of the Pakistan Citizens Portal:-Details of complaints received through Pakistan Citizen Portal

  • Out of the total 8,317 complaints received, 7,798 have been resolved which results in a resolution rate of 93.75%.

Detail of complaints received by the Ministry of Railways and its attached Departments and Subordinate Offices since the inception of the Pakistan Citizens Portal:-Details of complaints received through Pakistan Citizen Portal

  • The Ministry of Railways has successfully resolved 25,980 complaints out of 26,455 total complaints.
  • 402 are new complaints received and 83 complaints are in progress for resolution.
