ISLAMABAD/ MANCHESTER: A dead cockroach was found in passenger’s food served by a cabin crew to a passenger travelling in the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight on Sunday.

According to reports, the flight, PK-711, was going to New York from Manchester.

   

The passenger shouted when he saw the cockroach in the food and protested against the PIA services. The passenger also threatened to go to the American and British courts against the displeasing incident.

On the other hand, PIA spokesman said that the airline would conduct investigation accordingly.

It is to be mentioned here that this is not the first bad experience that have occurred in the PIA flights as the company has become notorious for its bad services but hence they say proudly ‘Great people to fly with PIA’.
