Frere Hall Public Library
The building of Frere Hall Public Library was built during the reign of the British and served as Town Hall earlier. After independence, the building took the shape of a library. Rangoonwala Hall and Community Center Library
The library is located in Dhoraji Society. Rangoonwala Community Center Library holds above 7000 books in its premises. All the books belong to different genres and literatures like Pashto, English, Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi and many others.
There is a wide reading room where the readers can have a quality time reading their favorite books. The readers can also get newspapers and magazines from the widely-read publishers. The Library has an average of 36,000 readers’ visits all around the year. Anyone can issue a book for taking home, but they need to deposit a small amount of money for security. It is needed in case of damage or losing a book.

Street Library in Karachi
