Blast kills two, injures eight in lower Orakzai agency

PESHAWAR, Pakistan: At least two persons were killed while eight others sustained injuries in a roadside blast that occurred in lower Orakzai agency on Tuesday, the political administration sources said.

The sources said that the blast took place in the Mirazai area near the Kalaya tehsil of lower Orakzai agency.

The injured were shifted to a local hospital for medical treatment.

Earlier, a roadside blast killed two Frontier Corps (FC) personnel and a member of local peace lashkar in Bazaar Zakha Khel area of Landi Kotal tehsil in Khyber agency.
