ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Thursday said the future of Balochistan was bright and a number of development projects were underway to bring Balochistan at par with rest of the country.

He was taking to former Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali who called on him here at the PM House.

   

Matters related to development of the Balochistan province and welfare schemes for people were discussed.

The Prime Minister said besides maintaining peace and security, development and prosperity of the Province was on top priority of the government.

He said the people of Balochistan have started reaping benefits of the ongoing development and welfare schemes in Balochistan.
