Monitoring Desk: Ambassador of Pakistan to UAE Faisal Niaz Tirmizi has said that his host country demands skilled workers for the future job market and days of Pakistani unskilled workers getting jobs in the UAE are almost over as the country is fast moving forward to a high-end skilled market.
In an interview with Gulf News in Dubai, Ambassador Tirmizi stated that there is a dire need to train our skilled workers in the fields of accountancy, banking, information technology, artificial intelligence, and medicine to gain a share in the UAE job market.
“Today’s world is driven by IT skills, accounting, and health care. With the UAE’s demand for skilled workers continuing to grow, the opportunity for Pakistan is immense if they focus on improving skills. There is a booming demand for physiotherapists and nurses. We need world-class nursing facilities in Pakistan for training because the global market needs highly qualified professionals in the field of medicine,” he stressed.
