BUENOS AIRES, Argentina: Pakistan’s Ambassador to Argentina H.E Dr. Muhammad Khalid Ejaz has underscored a desire to work towards increasing Pakistan-Argentina bilateral trade and enhancing cooperation in the economic arena and in the multilateral space. 

In a meeting with the Argentinian Foreign Minister/Chancellor H.E. Mr. Felipe Sola, Dr. Muhammad Khalid Ejaz said that Pakistan attaches great importance to its relations with Argentina, adding that the two Courtiers enjoy cordial relations marked by cooperation in a number of areas.

Noting that 2021 marks 70 years since the establishment of Pakistan-Argentina diplomatic relations, Ambassador Khalid Ejaz mentioned that an array of activities are being planned to mark the milestone.

The Argentinean foreign minister welcomed the ambassador and said that there are many possibilities of enhancing collaboration between Argentina and Pakistan.

It is to be noted that there were several developments at the bilateral front between Pakistan & Argentina during the last one year including holding of bilateral political consultations, Pakistan-Argentina Joint Commission Meeting, Signing of MoU for sanitary and phytosanitary matters, etc.
