#Breaking UPDATE: Sources tell JAAG TV Imran Khan paid Rs,. 80 million to Reham Khan as ‘Mehr’, — JAAG TV (@JaagAlerts) October 30, 2015
The 62-year-old Imran Khan and 41-year-old Reham Khan got married in a simple ceremony at the former’s residence in Bani Gala in Islamabad on January 8, 2015.
The differences between the two began to surface a couple of months after the marriage as Reham Khan reportedly wanted more active role in politics which Imran Khan seemed reluctant to agree.
Earlier this month, the renowned journalist Arif Nizami claimed in a talk Show that the differences between Imran Khan and Reham Khan had reached an extreme level while the later had demanded the PTI Chief to give her $one million as a compensation amount for the mutually-agreed separation.
However, according to Arif Nizami, Imran Khan didn’t agree to provide that much money, saying that he didn’t have enough money.
But PTI strongly criticized Arif Nizami for this news and categorically denied while calling the this baseless.
It was second marriage of both as Imran Khan married to Jemima Goldsmith in 1995 abut got separated in 2004. He has two sons – Salman and Qasim – from Jemima. Whereas Reham Khan has also three children from her previous marriage.
This is a painful time for me & Reham & our families. I would request everyone to respect our privacy.

I have the greatest respect for Reham’s moral character & her passion to work for & help the underprivileged.

Reports & speculation about financial settlements are absolutely false and shameful.
