Road accidents kill 11 in KPK, AJK

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: At least 11 persons lost their lives while 14 others sustained injuries in three separate road accidents occurred in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Azad Kashmir regions on Friday.

The sources said that a passenger bus fell into a ditch in Rawlakot district of Azad Jammu and Kashmir which resulted in the deaths of seven persons including a woman.

Further 11 persons were also injured in the incident which took place when the driver of the bus took a fast turn on the Goyee Bridge.

The dead bodies and injured persons were shifted to Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Rawalakot and Rawalpindi CMH.

Likewise, a bus hit a motorcycle near Kabbal of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s district Swat that left two persons dead.

In another accident, two persons were killed and one injured when their motorcycle fell into a deep ravine near Changla Gali in Abbottabad district.
