Abdel-Majed Abdel Bary slaughtered James Foley

Monitoring Desk: Abdel-Majed Abdel Bary slaughtered James Foley. British intelligence agencies claim that they have identified the Islamic State fighter from the UK suspected of killing US journalist James Foley.

According to British media the masked man, nicknamed “Jihadi John” is a 23-year-old Abdel-Majed Abdel Bary.

The Sunday Times claims that Bary left his home in West London last year and has recently posted a photo of himself holding a severed head. He is the son of an Egyptian-born militant who is awaiting trial on terror charges in New York tied to the deadly 1998 bombings of embassies in Kenya and Tanzania.

Before becoming a jihadist, he was an aspiring rapper known as “L Jinny,” whose music was played on BBC Radio 1.
