Armaan Kohli who was arrested on Monday night and charged under the sections 324 (causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means), 504 ( provoke breach of peace) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to outrage the modesty of a woman) 506 (criminal intimidation) and 354 a (sexual harassment) of the Indian Penal Code according to police over the complaint files by British singer Sophia Hayat who was with him during her stay in big boss season 7.
