SIALKOT: Minister for Water and Power Khawaja Muhammad Asif says the government is utilizing all available resources to overcome the energy crisis.

Addressing an Iftar party in Sialkot‚ he vowed to end the load-shedding within the next three years.

The minister assured uninterrupted power supply on Eid-ul-Fit r across the country to facilitate the people.

He said the electricity theft would not be tolerated and persons involved in this practice would not be spared and prosecuted as per law.

He appealed to the people to cooperate with the government and refrain from damaging national property during demonstrations.

Khawaja Muhammad Asif said the Government has added 3500 to 4000 MW to the national grid.

He said the Prime Minister is focusing his full attention on resolution of the electricity crisis.
