There are expats of nearly four dozen Countries who are exempted from taking any driving classes and going through tests to avail a UAE driving licence if they already have a valid driving licence in their home Country.

However, now Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has come up with a new initiative, offering a one-time opportunity to non-exempted expats to apply for a new driving license in the UAE without attending driving classes and get a direct road test.

The new initiative called ‘Golden Chance’ has already gone into effect from April 01, 2023.

Therefore, now all expats – no matter which Country they belong to – may acquire a UAE driving licence without attending any driving classes and they just need to pass the required tests to stand eligible to become authorized motorists.Dubai Offers Golden Chance to apply for a new driving license without attending driving classes
