Russia has prepared a "White Paper" on NATO's crimes in Afghanistan

Moscow, Russia: The Russian Foreign Ministry has prepared a “White Book” on NATO’s crimes in Afghanistan, which should not go unanswered by international organizations, said Zamir Kabulov, special envoy of the Russian president for Afghanistan, director of the second Asian department of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

“We are convinced that the crimes committed by NATO military personnel over the years of their presence in Afghanistan, which led to the death and injury of thousands of civilians, should not remain without an adequate response from the world community and law enforcement agencies,” Kabulov said at the opening of the “Moscow format” meeting on Afghanistan.

“The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has prepared an appropriate information material called the White Book,” Kabulov added.

The 4th Meeting of the Moscow Format was held on November 16, 2022, with participation from Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Iran, Pakistan, China, Turkmenistan, India, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan at the level of Special Representatives/Envoys on Afghanistan.
