LAHORE, Pakistan: The 53rd World Military Shooting Championship (Shotgun)-2021 is in progress in Lahore Garrison Shooting Gallery.
In the Trap Shooting Women Category, Warrant Officer Anastasia Karakhmaleva of Russia clinched the gold medal while Lieutenant Sabrina Bashir of Pakistan won the silver medals.
Lance Corporal Nadeesha Dewmini of Sri Lanka secured the bronze medal.
In the men’s Category, Major Aleksei Sakorobokatov of Russia clinched the gold medal while Leading Marine Amin Ullah of Pakistan secured the silver medal and Sepoy Amir Farooq won the bronze medal.
In Trap Mix Team Category, the Russian team comprising Warrant Officer Anastasia Karakhmaleva and Major Aleksei Sakorobokatov won the gold medal whereas the silver medal was won by Pakistan Lieutenant Colonel Junaid Ali Zulfiqar and Lieutenant Sabrina Bashir.
The bronze medal was won by Pakistan leading Marine Amin Ullah and Lieutenant Amina Tariq.
