PTCL website down for over an hour!!

PTCL Website Down

PTCL website is down for over an hour now. Users are reporting issues logging onto the website. Due to the red alert COVID situation in the country right now, most of the companies are operating remotely. PTCL has a large consumer audience spread across the country for multiple domains of service areas.

Why Is PTCL Website Down?

For over an hour now, the PTCL official website link is down. Many users have reported that the website link is down. Although the reason is yet not confirmed, remote workers are at a risk meanwhile for reaching out to PTCL chat support or other services. However, there is a greater possibility that the website is down due to maintenance needs. If you open the official PTCL website at the moment, you will see the following message on the website:

“The website is temporarily under maintenance. Sorry for inconvenience. We shall come back shortly!”

Is PTCL Online Bill Payment Link Working?

The official PTCL website link and bill payment portal are not working. If you have to make bill payments or access online transactions for your consumed services, you may have to reach out to the PTCL helpline number 0800-80800.

Currently, the bill payment link of the PTCL website is down and showing the following message:

“404 – File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.”

When will the website be back on?

As of now, it is uncertain how long will it take to do the troubleshooting. However, it is possible that the company will resolve the problem and bring the website back on within today’s date.

In the light of previous such incidents, we can expect the problem to be solved quickly. PTCL has switched bill payments and other services to an online portal. This means that in-door customers are now frequent website visitors. Keeping this in view, we are quite hopeful to see the website back up by later today.
