KashmirImperialist India a threat to regional peace: Mushaal Mullick
  • `Hindutva regime fast turning IOK into world largest graveyard

By Hamid Khan Wazir

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Mushaal Hussein Mullick, the wife of Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Yasin Malik, said that fascist Indian government is fast stretching its tentacles of imperialism in the region that imperils the regional peace.

Mushaal, who is also Chairperson of Peace and Culture Organisation, said this while speaking at a function here in Safa Mall to show solidarity with Kashmir brothers and sisters on the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day observed across the country on Friday.

She said that Pakistan marked Kashmir Solidarity Day annually to express wholehearted support of the Pakistani nation and to give a strong message to the world that Kashmris are not alone in their just struggle to attain inalienable right to self-determination.

She said that Pakistan would support Kashmiri people till breaking the shackles of Indian slavery.

Mushaal vowed that the day is not far away when brutal, fascist and bloodthirsty Indian government would face humiliation at the hands of brave Kashmiri freedom fighters.

She said that the brutal Hindutva regime is fast turning the scenic Indian Occupied Kashmir into the world largest graveyard, adding that thousands of Kashmiris are disappeared.

The chairperson went on to say that bloodthirsty Modi regime is committing genocide of Kashmiri people but the world is looking the Indian brutality like silent spectator.

She said that Kashmiris freedom struggle would yield results and they would soon get rid of the Indian barbarity.

Mushaal expressed apprehension that her husband Yasin Malik and other senior Kashmir leaders would put behind the bars in fabricated and false cases to silence their voices.

She feared that Yasin Malik could be ‘sentenced to death’ by the notorious Indian court in decades-old fake cases for political mileage and sabotage the decisive freedom movement in the occupied valley.

‘Yasin Malik has been detained under inhuman conditions in a five by seven feet cell with scarce food and water with no legal remedy’, Mushaal said, adding that the Kashmiri Freedom Movement, in the absence of all leadership, has been kept alive by young boys and girls.

Mushaal also urged the world to become voice of the voiceless Kashmiri people in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir whose rightful voice for freedom has been stifled by the Indian occupation forces during the worst lockdown in the history of mankind since 5 August 2019.

She said that Kashmiri people have been cut off from the rest of the world, while violent-wing of the ruling Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) is out to exterminate the minority Muslims.

She said that Modi notorious regime is converting Kahsmiri Muslim majority into monitory by allowing domiciles to thousands of settlers in the occupied valley.

Mushaal warned the world that the region had become a war-zone due to the hegemonic designs of Narendra Modi.

She asked the international community and human right organizations to take practical steps and force Indian to resolve the issue of Kashmir as per the wishes and aspirations of Kashmiri people.
