ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Indian Charge d’Affaires Gaurav Ahluwalia was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad on Tuesday to register Pakistan’s strong protest over the ceasefire violations by the Indian forces along the Line of Control (LoC) on Monday, resulting in one Shahadat and serious injuries to four innocent civilians.

The Indian forces carried out the indiscriminate and unprovoked firing in Tandar Sector of the LoC.

Resultantly, 15-year-old Waleed embraced shahadat while 25-year-old Misba Begum, 45-year-old Zaheer Abbas, 80-year-old Qasim Sain, and 26-year-old Suleman sustained serious injuries.

The victims were residents of Sona valley and Kartan village.
