NationalPakistan army to go to any extent to support Kashmiris: Army Chief

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that Pakistan army firmly stands by the Kashmiris in their just struggle to the very end, the Dispatch News Desk (DND) news agency reported.

“We are prepared and shall go to any extent to fulfil our obligations in this regard,” the COAS affirmed while addressing the Corps Commanders Conference held in Rawalpindi on Tuesday.

The Corps Commanders Conference discussed the situation in the Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and the Indian aggression along the Line of Control (LoC).

The forum fully supported the government’s rejection of Indian actions regarding Kashmir.

It noted that Pakistan never recognized the sham Indian efforts to legalize its occupation of Jammu & Kashmir through article 370 or 35-A decades ago, efforts which have now been revoked by India itself.
