ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Lt Colonel (retd) Hassan Immad Mohamedi has been posted as the Managing Director of Pakistan Television Corporation (PTV) with immediate effect (Lt Colonel (retd) Hassan Immad Mohamedi posted as MD PTV).

The Federal Minister for Broadcasting and Broadcasting approved his posted as the Managing Director PTV, and a notification was also issued in this regard on Monday.

Notification of his appointment as MD PTV issued after approval from Information Minister

Prior to it, Lt Colonel (retd) Hassan Immad Mohamedi was posted as the Director PTV; however, now he has been assigned the additional charge of Managing Director of PTV as well.

“Lt Colonel (retd) Hassan Immad Mohamedi, Director, PTVC is hereby assigned to look after the work of office of the Managing Director, Pakistan Television Corporation in addition to his own duties with immediate effect and till further orders.”

It is pertinent to mention here that last month, the Federal Cabinet approved the appointment of the two-time former MD PTV and the recipient of “Sitara-e-Imtiaz” Arshad Khan as the Chairman of Pakistan Television.
