As per media reports, the incident occurred last week when officials of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) blackmailed and intimidated a couple, saying that they would be locked up in the police station for having indulged in an inappropriate act, and their parents would be informed accordingly.

Even the boy paid them Rs 2,000 as bribe and eventually permitted to leave the Park. But the CDA officials separated the girl and subjected her to sexual assault before threatening her not to inform anyone about the incident, and letting her go.
