RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Pakistan Ali Alizada met the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at army’s general headquarters in Rawalpindi on Monday.
In a press release, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that during the meeting matters of mutual interest including regional peace and stability were discussed.
The Azerbaijan’s ambassador acknowledged Pakistan army’s contributions towards regional peace and stability and expressed the desire that his Country wishes to play a role towards a prosperous region.
