ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Monday said the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government was determined to continue making every possible effort for socio-economic uplift of the people of the Country.

Talking to delegation of PML-N members of National Assembly from Sahiwal Division in a meeting at PM Office in Islamabad at which developmental projects and issues relating to constituencies of the respective MNAs were discussed, the prime minister urged the parliamentarians to ensure timely completion of ongoing developmental schemes in their respective constituencies.

The prime minister called upon the elected representatives to reach out to the people and play their role towards highlighting their problems and addressing their issues.

The PML-N delegation included Nadeem Abbass Rabaira, Chaudhry Riaz-ul-Haq, Syed Muhammad Ashiq Hussain Shah, Rao Mohammad Ajmal Khan, Muhammad Moeen Wattoo, Syed Imran Ahmed Shah, Chaudhry Muhammad Ashraf, Chaudhry Muhammad Tufail, Chaudhry Muhammad Munir Azhar, Sardar Mansab Ali Dogar, Syed Muhammad Athar Hussain Shah Gillani and Rana Zahid Hussain Khan.

The Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Sheikh Aftab Ahmed was also present in the meeting.
