In reply, the T20 World Champion West Indies could score 129 runs for 8 in stipulated 20 overs despite 50-run partnership for the second wicket which also included Marlon Samuels’ 44 runs.

The first-match hero Shadab Khan once again prevailed and took 4 wickets off just 14 runs in his 4 overs. He earned second consecutive man of the match award.

Earlier in the first T20 game at Kensington Oval in Barbados on March 26, Pakistan thrashed West Indies by six wickets as the Visitors while batting second reached an easy target of 112 runs in 17.1 overs for the loss of four wickets.

It was Sarfraz Ahmed’s fifth consecutive T20 victory after he was named as Pakistan’s T20 Captain in April 2016.

The next two T20s between Pakistan and West Indies will also be played in the same venue followed by three One Day Internationals (ODIs) in Guyana and three Test Matches.
