Afghanistan hosting terrorists including TTP chief Mullah Fazlullah
Islamabad, Pakistan: “Afghanistan is hosting terrorists including TTP chief Mullah Fazlullah while Pakistani society paid an enormous cost of hosting Afghan refugees for over three decades and sacrificed endlessly but Pakistan never received any positive news from Kabul and has been holding responsible for everything that goes bad inside Afghanistan.
Afghan government is habitual of placing responsibilities of their failures onto Pakistan while Kabul is consistently blaming Pakistan for habouring Haqani Network that is contrary to facts.
Pakistan paid human sacrifices over 50,000 innocent people who lost their lives in terrorism while terrorists are living inside Afghanistan including the chief of Tahrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Mullah Fazlullah. Land of Afghanistan has been used against Pakistan but western media is tight lipped over such situation and always stands with Kabul for putting allegations against Islamabad”.
These were observations of participants in one of the most popular PTV Current Affairs show “Khabar Kay Sath Sath” while responding to allegations leveled by Afghan President Ashraf Ghani during his speech to Afghan Parliament. Ghani claimed that Pakistan was behind recent wave of terrorist attacks in Kabul. He also blamed Pakistan for supporting and hosting Haqani Network.
PTV Current Affairs show “Khabar Kay Sath Sath” was hosted and anchored by Naheed Chaudhary while senior journalists Tariq Mehmood Chaudhary, Rana Qaisar and Agha Iqrar Haroon were present as experts while Mazhar Khan Mughal drew live caricature in the show.
Experts believe that response of Pakistan foreign office to allegations leveled by Afghan President Ashraf Ghani was soft because Pakistan always wished to help Afghans to come out of decades- old civil war instead of involving in blame games.
Participants of talk show were of the view that India was using Afghan leadership to destabilize Pakistan and the behavior of Afghan leadership is becoming unacceptable for Islamabad because sanity is lacking in the conduct of Afghan leadership towards its neghbour that harboured refugees for over three decades and sacrificed economically, socially, morally, politically and its society became intolerant due to Afghan Jihad.
Experts were of the opinion that Afghan leadership was playing in the hands of Indians and Pakistan should respond allegations in befitting manners instead of showing a soft response.
“Again India and Afghanistan with the help of western powers are trying to paint Pakistan a country that is supporting and habouring Haqani Network but these allegations are contrary to fact and actually Afghanistan is habouring terrorists including the chief of TTP Mullah Fazlullah who has caused killing of over 50,000 innocent Pakistanis during the last 5 years”, maintained participants of the show .
