ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Further 53 COVID-19 patients lost their lives and 2,258 patients were registered across Pakistan in the last 24 hours, as per the data updated by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Thursday morning.

The NCOC data showed that now the total number of fatalities caused by COVID-19 in the Country has jumped to 13,377.

   

It further showed that to date, 597,497 Coronavirus Cases have been registered in the Country including those 13,377 surfaced on March 10.

To date, Punjab has recorded 180,944 Coronavirus Cases and 7,315 deaths, Sindh 260,406 Cases and 4,448 deaths, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 74,722 Cases and 2,129 deaths.

Similarly, Islamabad has as of now registered 46,959 Coronavirus Cases and 516 deaths, Balochistan 19,157 Cases and 202 deaths, Azad Kashmir 10,730 Cases and 316 deaths, and Gilgit-Baltistan 4,959 Cases and 104 deaths.

The NCOC data showed that as many as 566,492 people have been recovered now from Coronavirus with a recovery ratio of 94.8% whereas there are 17,628 active Cases in the Country.
