CAIRO: At least 10 Egyptian soldiers were killed and 35 others injured when a parked car blew up as their vehicle passed through it in the Sinai Peninsula on Wednesday, security officials in Egypt said.

The officials said that soldiers were traveling by minibus from the border town of Rafah to the city of El Arish, when the incident occurred.
