RAWALPINDI:  COAS postpones visit to Sri Lanka due to North Waziristan operation. The Chief of Army Staff (ISPR) General Raheel Sharif has postponed his visit to Sri Lanka due to military operation ‘Zarb-e-Azb’ against the militants in the North Waziristan tribal region, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.

In a statement, the ISPR said that the army chief was scheduled to leave for Colombo on a four-day visit on Tuesday (June 17).
