Zarb-e-Azb: 20 militants killed in Khyber agency airstrikes

PESHAWAR, Pakistan: The Pakistani fighter jets pounded militant hideout in Tirah Valley of the Khyber tribal region on Wednesday, killing at least 20 militants.

   

The sources said that the airstrikes were carried out in Aka Khel area of Tirah Valley, adding that four hideouts of the militants were also destroyed.

The airstrikes were part of the ongoing military operation Zarb-e-Azb against the militants in the tribal region launched on June 15.
