Zarb-e-Azb: 20 more militants including foreigners killed

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: At least 20 militants including foreigners were killed in airstrikes in Shawal area of the North Waziristan tribal region during the ongoing military operation Zarb-e-Azb on Wednesday, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.

   

The ISPR said that fighter jets of the Pakistan air force destroyed four hideouts of the militants.

Meanwhile, an ammunition factory was seized during action in Mir Ali. Likewise, a huge cache of arms and ammunition and foreign currency were also seized from Mir Ali Bazar.

The ISPR said that operation is underway to cleanse Miranshah of mines and explosive material.
