Moscow, Russia: The International Military Technical Forum “ARMY-2017” will be held in Vladivostok Russia from 22 till 27 August 2017. Over 70 countries will attend the forum.

According to Ministry of Defence of Russia, the forum will be held on several venues, including the Komsomolskoye Lake, as well as the military-themed Patriot Congress and Exhibition Center, Kubinka airfield and Alabino training ground in the Moscow Region.

Over half a million people visited ARMY-2016 last year which was attended by 80 countries including Pakistan last year.

It may be mentioned that ARMY Forum of Russia has become leading arms and military hardware exhibition.

Pakistani delegation last year was headed by its the then military chief Gen Raheel Sharif who had opportunity of meeting 13 heads of Military of different countries.

The Defense Industry enterprises of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Pakistan and Malaysia offered large national expositions for the first time at the Forum in 2016. In addition, 58 defense enterprises and holdings from 13 foreign countries presented their products.

Military hardware of latest and advanced technology in the field of radio-electronic warfare and reconnaissance, optoelectronic and geo-information systems, unmanned aviation, laser technologies, hydro-meteorological support products and nuclear weapons would be exhibited in ARMY-2017.
