In 2022, WhatsApp rolled out many new features for its users’ convenience. This time, WhatsApp is rolling out a feature for the multi-device users. WhatsApp new feature will let you chat with yourself on linked devices.
WhatsApp New Feature Of Texting Yourself
We usually struggle with the issue of fetching important data files on our laptops or desktop that is on our mobile phones. This new feature works as your WhatsApp version of notepad. You can quickly save your important information while texting yourself on WhatsApp. You do not need to choose a specific person to send your personal files. It causes the messages to get lost in any conversation with them and it makes it hard for you to search all the chats for fetching that message.
Unfortunately, you could only send messages from the primary device that you can look up in your linked device. This feature was not available earlier. However, WhatsApp is working on this feature to let you talk to yourself. It will help the users to keep their files and messages private.
If you are working on your laptop and you need a file or document that is on your phone, you can simply search for your own number in your contact list. After clicking on your contact, you will get all the messages that you have sent to yourself.
If you delete any message from your phone, it will automatically be deleted from your multi-devices as well. For getting the message on your Laptop, or Pc, just search yourself on your contact list and you will receive all the message likeother chats. In IOS you can also send live location and create broadcast list on all linked devices.
Official Launch
Currently, this WhatsApp new feature is only available on WhatsApp Beta. So WhatsApp users on Android and IOS could not get access to this feature until WhatsApp is sue of its functionality.
