In 2024, 345 billion soums (Uzbek currency) of assistance were provided to 155 thousand young people through the “Youth Notebook”.

Over the past 8 years, the number of young entrepreneurs has increased threefold, and today, almost 40% of business representatives are young people. During this period, the number of unemployed young people has decreased twofold.

The number of students in master’s programs has increased sevenfold. Due to the state covering women’s contracts, the number of women studying for master’s programs has increased elevenfold.

Over the past 25 years, 800 young people have gone to study abroad at the expense of the state, while in the last 7 years, 3 times more (2,300) boys and girls have had this opportunity through the “El-Yurt Umidi” fund alone.

The number of our young scientists with scientific degrees has also doubled, reaching 4,357 (1,866 in 2019). Over the past 3 years, the number of young people learning languages ​​has reached 2 million, while the number of people who have achieved high scores on the IELTS exam has increased 5 times (from 10,000 in 2020 to 53,000 in 2024).
