Unknown assailants throw acid on three women in Quetta

QUETTA, Pakistan: Two unknown assailants riding a motorbike threw acid on three women in Killi Kamalo area of Sariab road in Quetta on Monday, leaving them critically injured.

The Superintendent of Police (SP) Imran Qureshi said that the women were targeted when they were engaged in shopping at a popular shopping centre.

The SP said that the attackers fled on their motorcycle after the attack while the women were shifted to the burns ward of Bolan Medical Complex.
