The Deputy Commissioner Islamabad also asked the people to self-quarantine in separate rooms who attended the funeral prayer of the mother-in-law of Faisal Mehmood Sahb, a resident of Street No 6 at Shahzad Town, last Friday (March 20). He also asked such people to get themselves tested for the Coronavirus and ask for help at 1165 if required.

Earlier, the DC Islamabad informed via his Twitter account that a person, who had recently attended the Tableeghi Ijtema in Lahore, has been tested positive in Shahzad Town; therefore, the area was being sealed.

Prior to that, Bhara Kahu was hit by the spread of Coronavirus transmitted by a member of a Tableeghi Jamaat. So far 16 Coronavirus Cases have been detected in Bhara Kahu and the area was fully locked down on Wednesday to contain the virus. However, now the area has partially been opened.
