London Nahi Jaunga came out as a big release for the Pakistani film industry following the Covid situation. The viewers responded with mixed feelings to this movie. Some loved it for the fun and humour. At the same time, others did not like the same old cast of the movie. For those who are thinking, it is the sequel for Punjab Nahi Jaungi, it is not. There is more to it with a hint of change. So, let’s take a look at the London Nahi Jaunga review.
The Story And Cast
Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar wrote London Nahi Jaunga. He also wrote Punjab Nahi Janugi. It has an amazing cast including Humayun Saeed, Mehwish Hayat, Kubra Khan (new addition), Ahmad Ali Butt, Sohail Ahmad, and many more. All these actors are making the movie full of fun. LNG has a different story than the earlier version. It does not continue with the Khagga family.
The new movie includes the story of Jameel Qamar (Humayun Saeed), a feudal landlord. His family arranges his marriage with his cousin, Arzu (Kubra Khan). He refuses to marry her and wants to marry a foreign-based Pakistani girl, Zara Tiwana (Mehwish Hayat). Jameel falls in love with Zara Tiwana at first sight.
Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar, despite being famous for his misogynist comments, has tried to portray a feministic story through Mehwish Hayat’s character. Mehwish is on the path to some revenge for her father’s murder. Some fans call it a feminist movie. Others call it a purely Humayun Saeed-centric movie.
London Nahi Jaunga Review
The movie also brings a new wedding song for the upcoming wedding season starring the stunning Kubra Khan. It has some enjoyable punch lines from Shail Ahmad, Salman Shahid, Gohar Rasheed and Ahmad Ali Butt. They add humour to somewhat serious scenes in the movie to not let the viewers get bored.
LNJ is a complete package which is full of colourful costumes, humour, fun, a touch of London, glamour, experience, amazing songs, and much more. While the classical Pakistani movie lovers have a positive London Nahi Jaunga review, others want to see something new and unique from Pakistani stars.
