ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Country recorded 135 deaths from the COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, the highest since June 25 last year.

Besides, 4,681 more people suffered COVID-19 infections across the Country on April 13.

The data updated by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Wednesday morning showed that 48,092 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours throughout the Country, and 4,681 of them returned positive with a ratio of 9.73%.

So far, 15,754 people have died of the COVID-19 in the Country since the outbreak began and a total of 734,423 people have tested positive.

The data further showed that 641,912 COVID-19 patients have recovered now from the disease.
