Ufone_Mobile_Card_of_1000_PKR_to_pakistan_50 Ufone subscribers are unable to send sms from their phones. Currently the issue has been reported from Lahore, Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The error message “Short Message Transfer Rejected” appears when ufone users try to send sms.

However there is no official statement by Ufone has been release regarding the issue
